Day 1 of the challenge began with the arrival of our celebrity chefs!
Led by Panama’s Mario Castrellon (Maito | Panama), we are also blessed with the arrival of Manu Nuez (Arume | Barcelona | Above), and Pablo Perez del Pulgar (Barcelona).
The chefs got to know the kitchen space at Maito as well as the staff.
The following day, our chefs got to meet with our Esperanza graduates selected for this challenge:
Juan Acevedo (Hope Seafood) and Samuel Palacios (Delivery del Casco).
